Harvested via traditional methods each fall and cold extracted within hours of harvesting to ensure low acidity, high antioxidant content, and guaranteed freshness.
Grown on family farms that practice organic farming methods. This winter 2023-2024 harvest had zero detectable pesticides in an independent International Olive Council-approved lab analysis.
Free Fatty Acidity: 0.6 (International legal limit for EVOO is 0.8)
Please store tightly sealed in a cool, dark place away from light, heat and oxygen.

Best Ever!!
Have purchased this brand of olive oil for over a year and will now never buy anything else. It tastes so fresh and delicious - really enhances the flavor of whatever you're cooking. Initially bought Ayvaco at the NYS Fair and have since purchased it from the Farmers Market. . . Very glad to find the website now, and am looking forward to finding the large can size back in stock in January. . . Have told friends about your product and am giving a neighbor a 500 mL bottle for Christmas!

Amazing flavor
When we first tried Ayvaco Olive Oil we were told that it had a mild flavor. I was afraid that meant “flavorless” but that was far from the case. Ayvaco has a wonderful flavor that far exceeds domestic extra virgin olive oils and enhances anything we use it for.

Simply the Best
My one and only olive oil. Amazing taste. I'm highly sensitive to most "good" oils but this one is the only olive oils that doesn't bother me. Love it!
