Across this region, the warm and earthy Maras pepper, smoky Urfa pepper, and sweet-tangy sumac have been cultivated for centuries and serve as key elements of a kaleidoscope of cuisine. With this blend, we hope to share these versatile, unique flavors that are ubiquitous throughout this region with those who have yet to experience them.
